Government Authority located in Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for pension investment consulting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pension investment consulting services to establish a contract for the professional services of investment advisory services relating to the agency pension fund, and employee 457 and 403(b) retirement funds. The vendor will provide all equipment, personnel, expertise, facilities, financial resources, and management for this service including;
1. Investment policy and guidelines development
2. Investment policy and guidelines review
3. Measurement by objective and performance analysis with quarterly written reports and oral presentations at a pension board meeting on a quarterly basis.
4. Monitor and report on investment manager’s compliance with the plan documents and investment policy on a quarterly basis.
5. Perform manager and fund search if necessary, as may be requested.
6. Special Projects (as agreed by the parties)
7. Quarterly performance report for all asset classes.
8. Asset allocation consulting and modeling.
9. Meetings with the pension board as may be requested.
10. Transactional costs analysis.
11. Recapture program implementation and review.
12. Oversight of the existing ARC defined benefit retirement plan.
13. Other services as requested to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
