[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide School Choice Management Software include configuration, installation, testing, implementation, training, on-going maintenance and technical support, and possible systems integration at a later date. The system must be user-friendly and intuitive to efficiently manage its applications and for tracking its processes. The system should automate the entire school choice process and should also provide easy-to-use search and report capabilities.
- ability to efficiently and quickly communicate with all selected parents through emails, mail merges, text messages and automated phone calls
- System must have capability to provide a variety of messaging options to advise parents of their application status.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 20, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
