[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources recruitment and personnel management system for support human resources in employee hiring and personnel file management, ensure they are not returning employees, secure, web-based, vendor-hosted recruitment and tracking system, customizable, password protected applicant interface for applications, resume input and supporting document upload, generate job alerts to matching applicants, checklist to show incomplete steps that need to be taken by applicant, notifications to applicant, hiring manager and hr staff regarding application status and outstanding tasks, ability to initiate and track online reference checks, secure applicant accounts and personal data that persist across multiple applications, ability to track accrued time off and absences for all employees, ability to create job postings for all positions, ability to track all phases of the application process, with sophisticated searching and filtering capability, ability to create employment contracts for individual applicants, ability to create and route job requisitions, ability to create and deliver employment contracts and letters for differing classes of employees, ability to export data in formats that are compatible with current or future county systems, ability to upload and categorize directly from applicant recruitment process, ability to transfer current pdf formatted personnel files into new system, ability to transfer existing personnel file data from siesta to new system, accessible via any modern web browser including Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome and mobile platforms and prevention of data loss when data is accessed concurrently by multiple users.
(2) A pre-proposal site visit will be held on September 20, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 25, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
