[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bond disclosure dissemination agent services in connection with its outstanding bond issues and assist in reviewing county policies and procedures for secondary municipal market securities requirements, if requested, provide an integrated repository for seamless disclosure of the outstanding bonds under rule 15c2-12 and their non-municipal taxable issues if required, review the county’s list of required information to be included in the annual continuing disclosures for each bond issue, provide web casting on any scheduled investor calls through the use of audio-video technology, upon request to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
