Government Authority located in Waycross, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Wide Area Network Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Wide Area Network Services for
• The WAN service shall use layer 2 switching to interconnect campus locations.
• WAN bandwidth shall be at least what is specified in the table above.
• Circuits shall be synchronous.
• All connections shall be given unique identification numbers and shall be tied to a unique customer
number for the college.
• A written vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) with financial backing is required for service
availability. The SLA compensation for outages must be equal to or greater than the cost of services
lost.
• Availability and uptime shall meet a minimum guaranteed uptime of 99.95% with 24/7/365
monitoring, and a maximum of 4 hours response time for service outage.
• All connections shall have the same support phone number to call for service outages.
• Support must be available via phone on a 24/7/365 basis via a Network Operations Center.
• Vendor shall procure and manage all equipment related to these connections at its central office(s)
and/or meet point(s).
• Must be able to provide diverse path services/redundant network services/multiple pathways.
• The vendor must provide fiber connections at each campus DMARC room for Coastal Pines Technical
• The network shall support QoS. This will allow CPTC to transport Voice and Video to the remote sites
as priority packets in future projects.
• Vendors must provide a drawing of the proposed network design in PDF format. This drawing should
include circuit numbers.
• The bid proposals must include all fees, installation or facility development charges, and any additional
monthly charges as part of the evaluation total to the government authority located Waycross, GA.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference August 30, 2018.
