[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance accounting and auditing software to
- Ability to be able to monitor and report on database changes
- Ability to be able to configure and run reports with a very easy to use interface
- Ability to be able to configure reports to be scheduled to run at any time and email output to a group of users
- Ability to be able to select tables and columns to report on when changes are made to data in those columns
- Ability to be able specify a date range to report on transactions that took place during that date range
- Ability to be able to include or exclude changes by specific users from being reported
- Ability to be able to report on before and after values in columns
- Ability to be able to specify the types of updates being performed for reporting eg Insert/Update/Delete
- Ability to be able to include/exclude users performing the updates.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
