[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment service and administration for 401 and 457 Plans to the city and our employees, plan recordkeeping, dedicated participant service representative, trustee services, website/portal for both the employer and employee side, communication and education at least two times per year, field service representatives, participant communications, investment education, investment guidance or asset allocation/managed accounts on-line, plan-level administration and compliance services and loan and hardship administration to the government authority located in Milton, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than July 11, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
