(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate marketing and brokerage services for perform market analysis, develop strategies fir sale of properties, work with the ECSS to negotiate the sale or lease of properties with buyers and prospects, coordinate real estate appraisals, coordinate real estate transaction closings, handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
(2) All question must be submitted later than July 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
