[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic document review solution including staff and user training, user acceptance testing of the software installation, implementation of the electronic document review system, maintenance and support services while the system is live, creating an integrated citizen access portal capable of designing and managing dynamic web forms modelled.
- Software must be web-based or mobile, must be compatible with internet explorer 11 or greater, able to interface with the current permitting system, Accela, or have the ability to integrate via service-oriented architecture facilitated by representational state transfer, must provide a structured proof of concept.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 27, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
