[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide incident ticketing system to include change management, asset management and service portal to offer multiple services that can be tracked through resolution including self-help or knowledgebase functionality.
- Ability to customize email templates for customers and agents, Ability to include private or internal notes, Auto workflow of tickets or change requests, Mobile app capability, able to identify root cause of issues while reducing repetitive steps for solutions, Track events or updates in ticket or change request, Ability to be scheduled timed events for planning purposes, Ability to monitor applications and services, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
