[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services of residential rental properties to the government authority located in Albany, GA.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide marketing, management, and financial services for its rental properties, perform maintenance repairs to occupied or vacant property, coordinate pest control and grass cutting service, staff supervision and senior staff involvement, monthly reports relating to the management and operation of the premises for the preceding calendar month, incident reports within 24 hours of the occurrence of an incident, etc.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 11, 2018.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held April 27, 2018.
(5) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
