[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development marketing and branding plan services, market research to identify the current market, opportunities and trend, competitive analysis that reviews competitor strategies and vehicles for marketing, brand identity development that includes overall brand message and several marketing campaigns focused on targeted industries, marketing strategy that lays out the tasks needed to execute the marketing plan, budget that reflects potential marketing expenditure, metrics that provide insight into the penetration of the marketing efforts, target audience identified that includes site selectors, business owners commercial real estate professionals, community leaders and other parties related to economic development.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 25, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
