[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consulting services for the development of a comprehensive strategic plan including a clear mission, vision, and plan with defined goals, objectives, and priorities that are realistic, achievable and measurable.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 10, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
