[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services for inbound and outbound calls offers a chat solution, and automated calling in regular hours from Monday to Thursday for 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday for 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and in summer hours from Monday to Thursday for 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday Closed.
(2) Historical call volume was 25,000 calls.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 11, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
