[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business license and cashier management system for new business license applications, business renewal, monthly payments of excise taxes and other fees, receipt of payments, and payment processing that will interface with internal and external systems and an internal interface with the oracle system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2016.
(3) A highly encouraged pre-proposal conference will be he4ld on November 3, 2016.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
