[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media campaign consulting services for increasing the number of restaurants bars with comprehensive smoke free policies, increasing the number of jurisdictions with tobacco free policies in outside recreation areas or parks, increasing the number of multi-unit housing structures with voluntary tobacco free policies.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than July 13, 2016.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor needs to visit client location for number of face to face meetings in the planning stages.
