Government Authority located in Macon, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for moral recognition therapy program.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide moral recognition therapy program to decrease recidivism among criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning, program is systematic and implements a cognitive-behavioral approach, which positively addresses a participant’s ego, social, moral, and positive behavioral growth to the government authority located in Macon, GA.
- The State Court will request that MRT use 12-16 objectively defined steps, which focus on seven basic treatment issues,
- Confrontation of beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours,
- Assessment of current relationships,
- Reinforcement of positive behavior and habits,
- Positive identity formation,
- Enhancement of self-concept,
- Decrease in hedonism and development of frustration tolerance,
- Development of higher stages of moral reasoning,
- Provide a qualified, appropriately trained, and currently certified facilitator to conduct MRT sessions.
- Provider must accept the Courts Clinician’s (Bruce Conn of Blue Cedar Counselling) Assessment.
- Verify all group participants log in and out when attending each session, and the provider must attend a training on the State Court Probation Programs Portal Software.
- Conduct one (1) protest and one (1) post-test MRT assessment for each client. Each assessment shall not exceed 30 minutes,
- Ensure all notes are entered into State Court Probation Programs Portal within 24 hours of completing each group session. Notes must include attendance & Absences, notes about steps worked on for each client, and notes about any issues or concerns for each applicable client,
- Appear in court for Sanction Hearings on an as needed basis,
- Perform other duties as required by the Program Coordinator.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
