Government Authority located in Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for anonymous tip line reporting system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide anonymous tip line reporting system with 24 X 7 days monitoring by your trained staff to prevent student violence, reporting system needs to have the ability to support
the following three platforms: mobile telephone application, hotline, and website.
- Anonymous tip line will be available to report topics such as bullying/cyberbullying, violence threats and abuse, weapons possession and threats, drugs/alcohol possession and abuse and intolerance and or discrimination.
- Turnkey, hosted, solution that includes all initial programming and setup, and initial and ongoing training (onsite and/or remote), the solution proposed must be fully presented without any special options that create difficulty for evaluation teams to decipher.
- Mobile application to allows reporting of incidents thru text messaging in real-time and the ability to respond via text for more details, if needed, provide an anonymous incident reporting app that disaggregates data and generates a report that gives school system an overall assessment of the schools that are having specific incidents with bullying, cyber-bullying, harassment, intimidation, drugs, weapons, suicidal thoughts that can be tracked.
- Hotline Numbers available for emergency or specific crisis areas.
- Monitoring 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 365 days a year to include holidays and when school is not in session, when allegations are reported, monitoring team must notify school official and/or
local law enforcement officials. this monitoring needs to include reporting that will be assist county school system to process usage, locations in which threats are reported, type of threat reported.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
