Government Authority located in Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for e-rate eligible wireless equipment and wireless services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide e-rate eligible wireless equipment and wireless services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- Infrastructure wireless service and support preferably compatible with Cisco Meraki or equivalent products and Cisco cloud-based dashboard that includes access to all those products that
includes access to all (provides full wireless network coverage to all) school instructional areas as well as all administrative areas including, at a minimum, academic classrooms (including gymnasiums) for all content areas, frequently used study areas, media centers, assembly spaces (including stadium press boxes, etc.), the library and administrative offices (including conference rooms).
- Wireless LAN as students and staff move among the various rooms, areas in a school building and throughout the district. Solution must provide hardware/equipment, cabling, installation, configuration, licenses, site assessment, warehousing/storage, shipping, inside delivery, on-site installation, configuration/testing, training, documentation, warranty support and all things necessary for the provision of wireless infrastructure and associated services.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 28, 2019.
(3) All question had been submitted no later than October 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
