(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile mini message board to the government authority located in Fayetteville, GA.
- Board should be manufactured to present messages as text, graphics, or a combination of both with arrow board capability, the trailer design makes it easy to navigate through the county where traffic is heavy and once set in place will require limited space,
- Size 4'x8',
- Energy-efficient LED (4 per pixel) display that provides minimal battery maintenance and long operational life, Character Height 12"x 18",
- Automatic intensity control provides optimum LED intensity,
- Industrial grade trailer provides stable platform,
- 4 leveling jacks with slide out extensions provide stability when deployed,

- Remote programming capability,
- 5-year warranty.
