[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Nolij to OnBase data conversion services in multiple file format TIFF, PDF, JPG etc.
- the files currently stored in the Nolij database and move them to OnBase imaging software.
- Conversion of a representative sample of the documents with associated metadata from the Legacy System to the Software for the purpose of validating and verifying the integrity of the conversion process
- Extraction, transformation, and load of Legacy System files and metadata into the Software production system
- The linkage between the metadata in the Legacy System database and the physical files representing the pages of each document is identifiable within the Legacy System database
- Successful supplier will migrate a single copy of the latest revision of each document into the Software
- Successful supplier will not be responsible for enhancing or modifying such documents or document metadata
- Conversion process will include migration of document audit trail history information from the Nolij Audit table
- Conversion process will not include migration of text-based annotations/signatures based on the business requirements gathered during discovery.
- capable of supporting a copy of all documents to be converted
- Identification of document type and keyword mappings between the Legacy System and the Software
- Provide successful supplier with a baseline inventory of the documents to be converted
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 23, 2019.
(3) Approximately work volume will be 1,705,000 documents.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
