[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide crisis alert system must be able to be utilized both indoors and outdoors on the college campus, able to configure geographically for multiple locations with integrated reporting across buildings, areas and locations, able to broadcast over user phone app or VoIP, support existing emergency response protocols and be customizable for messaging specific to the college, allow for a number of designated individuals, allow the ability to trigger an alert by individuals, ideally with a college-issued device that can be maintained by each individual and configured to initiate multiple levels of alert with his/her location information, both audible and visual notifications informing campus community of an alert, and in certain circumstances, be able to share the alert directly with off-campus law enforcement officials, ability to broadcast incident/emergency management information on all computers and devices that are on the college’s network, reporting and data analytics that can be downloaded, including but not limited to response times, frequency and type of alerts generated, alert college officials if the system or devices are not functioning or in need of maintenance, each college will need the ability to centrally update any associated software, etc and remotely access the system and/or activate it by phone or desktop and ability or future ability to integrate with existing security programs such as student notification systems or camera systems; and allow for integration with existing authentication and directory services.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
