(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services of replacement high school of completion of site grading, sports field construction, storm drainage, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, concrete walks, steel frame structure, cmu interior walls, cmu exterior walls with brick veneer, concrete slabs on grade and elevated, waterproofing, metal roof deck, composite cementitious roof deck, spray on fireproofing, built-up roofing, metal roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, finish hardware, aluminium storefront and glazing, drywall and framing, carpet, quarry and ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, painting, casework, toilet partitions, athletic equipment, tack and marker boards, food service equipment, plumbing, fire protection, controls and electrical, including generator to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 24, 2019.
