[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for various locations to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.
- Clean all doorknobs with disinfectant solution
- Sweep all tile areas, to include stairwells if applicable
- Vacuum all carpeted areas; dust all windowsills, ledges, and other horizontal surfaces
- Clean all doormats
- Clean all lobby glass
- Paper towel, toilet paper, and soap dispensers will be checked daily to ensure they are at full capacity
- Doors, doorknobs, doorframes, walls, and light switches will be spot cleaned
- Floors will be swept then mopped with a disinfectant detergent.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 22, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 24, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
