[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant tracking system to implement a system that encompasses applicant tracking, candidate relationship management and, possibly, new-hire onboarding.
- Provides capability to manage positions; create and maintain job classifications and manage who sits in which positions
- Allows integration with other systems for advertising, pre-employment assessments and integrates with our system
- Provides visibility and integration with Google Jobs
- Provides the ability to upload and manage documents
- Ability to integrate with job advertising sites, including but not limited to, Indeed, Career Builder, Snag A Job, Government Jobs, County social media sites, etc.
- The applicant tracking module shall provide capability to manage positions; provide an internal candidate portal; have customizable workflow states; allow applicants to submit interest in a position without first creating a profile; resume parsing or linked-in social media parsing; upload resumes, cover letters, certificates and other documents; and manage questionnaires and other details to determine candidate viability
- The module shall provide functionality to select and reject candidates, provide automated communication to candidates within the system and allow for attachments as needed
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 8, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
