Government Authority located in Savannah, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for salary survey and compensation study.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide salary survey and compensation study to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
- Review the housing authority of savannah current compensation resolutions, policies, and practices to gain a thorough understanding of the current compensation program
- Conduct interviews with the various classifications and review job descriptions and duties and responsibilities to understand current classifications and match them to comparable classifications from the market surveys
- Conduct a total compensation analysis to provide the authority with an accurate assessment of how its compensation plan compares with the selected labour market agencies
- The total compensation analysis includes the employer cost for benefits including base salary, cash supplements, certification pay, auto allowance, standby pay, PERS, Social Security, etc.
- Complete an internal base salary relationship analysis, including the development of appropriate internal relationship and equity guidelines
- Develop external competitive and internally equitable, market-based salary structure, including ranges, steps, longevity, education, vacation, for each classification included within the study
- Assign a salary range to each classification which reflects the results of the market survey and the analysis of the internal relationships
- This will include an explanation of the specific methodology used in determining salary range
- Assist in the development of a strategy for implementing the compensation recommendations and quantify impact to the housing authority
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
