[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal property assessment and administration program services for processing/valuation/personal property administration, discovery of non-complying businesses and business personal property audit services to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.
- Identify personal property, determine its taxability, and classify it for addition to the County ad valorem tax digest.
- Valuation of all personal property, accurately entering personal property data
- Maintain the data integrity of Personal Property database records of listing, audit, and discovery
Information
- Provide and administer processes for the integrity testing of all returns and listings as they are filed
each year
- Process all personal property appeals through the informal and formal appeals processes.
- Develop and maintain an account and asset discovery process in a manner that ensures all taxable
property is properly identified
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Personal Property Audit program
- Propose for review a pricing structure based on bracketed range of the size of each account to be
Audited.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 3, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
