[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide site selection market research services to conduct a study to gather input from the community, weigh facts and statistics with that input and produce a well-founded site selection market research plan that can be properly and cohesively executed to the government authority located in Stockbridge, GA.
- secure the services of an individual or firm that has extensive experience in conducting a multi-year site selection market research plan and multi-year action plan for City government.
- developing and implementing a site selection market research plan
- Public outreach to stakeholders
- Preparation of a draft report and draft findings.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
