(1) Vendor needs to provide property inspection services will perform any and all tasks relevant to conducting physical inspections of the dwelling units, site, building systems, building exteriors, and common areas in accordance with all appropriate standards under state and federal law,
- The following areas listed below are to be completed during (each) inspection: siding flashing trim, doors (exterior), windows, decks, balconies, stoops, steps, areaways, railings, vegetation, grading, drainage, driveways, sidewalks, retaining wall, eaves, soffits and facia, ceilings, walls and windows, electrical system, plumbing, etc. to the government authority located in College Park, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2019.
