Government Authority located in Window Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for out of school programming services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide out of school programming services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- Academic Enrichment-Youth are receiving 45 minutes of academic enrichment activities daily,
- Health and Fitness - Youth are engaging in healthy living education and physical activity,
- Technology- Youth are engaging responsibly with modern technology,
- Character and Leadership Development- Youth are positive about their futures and are productive citizens,
- Visual and Performing Arts- Youth are experiencing the visual and performing arts,
- Provide programming during the afterschool program hours of 2:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Provide programming during the summer camp program hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday,
- Provide weekly curriculum objectives for each session and facility served,
- Support the mission of the Office of Recreation and Youth Development and foster increased levels of youth development at Recreation Centers through afterschool and summer camp programming targeting ages 5 to 17.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 9,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 11,2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
