[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional real estate appraisals services including cost to cure, and preparation of relevant reports for residential, commercial, and industrial property for various county departments on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Cumming, GA.
- Certified relocation expert required for business or home relocations
- Appraise whole and partial taking
- Be familiar with state and federal appraisal requirements
- Be able to perform evaluations on commercial, industrial, and residential property including but not limited to vacant land acreage, appraisals for right of way projects, and right of way acquisitions
- Be able to work with the review appraiser if necessary
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 26, 2019.
