(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise GIS data product license and digital data services map products, web-based applications, and analysis projects,
- Enterprise GIS data product to support public health objectives in the areas of (1) environmental
exposure analysis, (2) chronic and infectious disease surveillance, tracking, and reporting, and (3)
emergency preparedness and response,
- The GIS data product will significantly enhance ability to develop final products such as maps, analytic reports, and indices on a variety of public health topics to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
