[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS data product license and digital data to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- 1-year Data License for 50 CDC internal users and 250,000 internet users. This license will enable to use the Enterprise GIS data product in map products, web-based applications, and analysis projects for a period of 1 year.  
- Enterprise GIS data product updates twice per year,
- Enterprise GIS data FGDC-compliant metadata and user manuals in electronic format,
- GIS data general support via telephone and email, and
- GIS technical and professional data preparation services.
(2) This bid is set aside for Competitive 8(a).

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
