[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer system cleaning and manholes camera inspection services to restore system capacity to a minimum of 95 percent to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- Remove silt, debris, scale and grease from the pipe lines and associated manholes
- Cleaning shall be performed using self-contained hydro flushing and vacuum equipment specifically designed to clean sewer systems
- At a minimum, the equipment shall be suitable for use in gravity sewers from 6-24 inches in diameter
- Sewer line cleaning shall be performed to remove foreign material and restore pipe capacity
- Prior to cleaning any sewer line, the Contractor shall install a debris trapping system in the outlet of the downstream manhole to capture sludge, dirt, grease, sand, rocks, etc.
- All sludge, dirt, sand, rocks, grease, and other solid or semi-solid materials resulting from the cleaning operation shall be removed at the downstream manhole of the segment being cleaned
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 19, 2019.
