[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency alert system include a blend of hardware, software, and wireless technology.
- Wearable alert device, with GPS capability, that all staff throughout the district can use to alert office staff as well as district office staff and law enforcement of a crisis or other emergencies
- Must be able to tie into existing security cameras on all campuses that show administration the closest camera to the alert signal
- System must be able to cover entire school campuses, including athletic fields and buildings as well as playgrounds
- The hardware solution to operate their system of alert activation, notification and tracking system
- The software components including user management, location mapping to alert, analytics and technical support
- Site integration including staff system, responder, local and district site communication
- Price to include all hardware, software, installation and training cost
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
