[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility review services to conduct independent, third party review to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- An audit of the entire lifecycle of the utility service delivery process from initial client service order acquisition through complete service delivery
- Processes, procedures and guidelines used in the planning, preparation, execution and assessment of event utility services
- Position task loading, and work assignment process.
- Inventory processes and controls, including accounting for lost, damaged, or repairable items.
- Use of technology in the planning, execution, and reporting stages of this activity
- Financial job costing data including forecasting, tracking, and reporting to event specific profit and loss statement level
- Review and assessment of current billable rate and collections processes
- Benchmark analysis of event revenue versus potential revenue.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
