- Vendor will be supplied a list of hydrants to include: location of each hydrant and color for each bonnet and caps
- Caps are to be fully tightened before cleaning or painting
- Simple green brand degreaser to be used
- Safety blue, safety green, safety yellow or safety red for the bonnets and the caps.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
