[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide event services company to execute a successful July 4 Independence Day celebration.
- The successful candidate must be organized, out-going, and motivated to bring a unique event to the city that will set it apart from the other city festivals in county. They must be able to plan, manage, promote, implement, and analyze overall event logistics, including day-of-event coordination and manage the budget.
• Attendance of the event to be 5000+ people
• The local community as well as visitors feel welcomed - the event is free to attend and is family friendly.
• The event is unique and offers something that sets it apart from other local festivals.
• The event host will work with local businesses as well as non-profits to “give back” something that promotes unity within the city.
• Enhance the quality of life for the city residents and increase the city’s visibility as a tourist destination, which in turn would contribute to economic growth.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
