[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telesales for partnership program a Consultant that can initiate telephone sales of public transit passes for the Partnership Program to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- The Partnership program is an employer-based program that targets organizations within a .25-mile area around rail stations to purchase discounted monthly passes,
- Consultant shall source sales leads data which will provide a list of viable prospective companies that meet outlined criteria,
- Consultant will initiate training of sales agents in conjunction with staff to maximize sales potential,
- Consultant will conduct phone sales presentation to all businesses related to the benefits of participating in the partnership program to include other required information,
- Retention Team will:
- Act as a quality assurance agent, fully explain all information about the partnership program, and ensure accompanying documentation is complete and accurate,
- Initiate and monitor account set-up,
- Coordinate Partner Web Interface training,
- Oversee activity and maintain an ongoing customer liaison relationship,
- Coordinate problem resolution.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
