[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services for the professional services of a qualified certified public accountant (the auditor) for financial and compliance audits performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) as set forth by the American institute of certified public accountants, and performed in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards to the government authority located in Milton, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
