[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security and door access control systems to the government authority located in Decatur, GA.
- Access Control Management Software and hardware components currently supports:
• 7 Facilities
• Approx. 85 proximity reader locations
• Approx. 900 Access cardholders
- The Offeror shall provide all materials, hardware, software, fabrication, installation, programming
and testing in conformity with manufacturer’s documentation, specifications contained herein, and
applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction for the implementation of an upgraded Access
Control System (ACS) for the project.
- The Offeror shall be fully certified by software vendor to sell, install and maintain in Georgia all
system components required. - The Offeror shall be responsible for coordination of all ACS programming and ACS connections/interfaces with appropriate DCBOH departments and personnel.
- The Offeror shall provide all software, hardware and system programming for integration with the new ACS equipment.
- The Offeror be responsible for fully implementing the functions described in this document and
shown on the design drawings, per the Dekalb County Board of Health Information Technology
Services specifications and standards.
(2) A mandatory pre bid conference will be held on August 28, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 9, 2019.
