[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to supplement its in-house design and administration capabilities for the completion of small environmental projects, often relating to a larger renovation or demolition project, involving professionally registered environmental professionals to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- The possibility of annual renewal, to be open-ended hazardous materials sampling/testing (asbestos, lead, etc.), project oversight, design, and abatement coordination providers.
- This Consultant will be called on to provide consultation (one or more the aforementioned services: hazardous materials sampling/testing (asbestos, lead, etc.), project oversight, design, and/or abatement coordination) on an as-needed basis. Typically, the work required may be a part of a larger renovation project (as previously mentioned) or may be the primary goal of the project.
- Oversight/project management of environmental activities involving abatement or remediation activities in renovated teaching and research labs, general use administrative offices, academic learning environments, or process systems in existing Georgia Tech buildings and underground utility work on the Georgia Tech campus. Georgia Tech Design & Construction (D&C) and/or Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will provide to the Consultant a program, scope of work,
budget for activities, and preliminary information as necessary for the project work area.
(2) A mandatory prequalification meeting will be held on August 29, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
