[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide space planning and programming and design professional services to determine the current and future growth space needs of the judicial branch, administrative agencies, and law enforcement agencies to the government authority located in Columbus, GA.
- Development of initial approximate gross facility areas and space requirements
- Identification of security criteria and development of diagrams to include color coding for
different levels of user access
- Development of cost estimates for all identified site options and written analysis of the
advantages and disadvantages of each option
- transportation and holding of inmates for court appearances. Due to the complex nature of judicial
space planning/programming
(2) All questions had been submitted in writing no later than August 6, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
