[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, implementation, maintenance and support of electronic document management system.
- Easy to navigate, user friendly user interface
- Ability to convert FileNet archived inmate records to a new platform.
- Allows the import of common electronic document types such as, but not limited to, TIF, PDF, JPG and Microsoft Office standard formats such as .docx and .xls.
- s flexible licensing options to allow for multiple credentialed users to log into the same machine without violating multiplexing restrictions.
- Security is controlled by Windows Active Directory groups.
- Easy to index and retrieve records based on Inmate Name, Inmate Identification Number and Booking Number
- Reports for reporting any analytic functions
- Supports annotation and redaction
- capability of performing e-discovery for open records purposes
- ability to mark documents as restricted or expunged
- create an audit trail
- Ability to view multiple images simultaneously
- Advanced search feature on document attributes
- Ability to auto-import camera images and media files directly from a connect device
- Allows users to search for multiple document types in one search
- Allows users to search for exact or partial text (wild card searches)
- Ability to provide quick access to past inmate incarcerations from the jail management system.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 27, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
