[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide cultural art master plan consultant services to the creation of a public art master plan to the government authority located in East, GA.
- Community Engagement: Consultant will recommend methods to engage community cultural stakeholders in input sessions to influence the creation of the Cultural Plan, using a minimum of three methods which could include: surveys, community meetings, stakeholder interviews, charrettes, etc. Consultant will include methods aimed explicitly toward securing involvement of residents and members of the art community who are under-represented and/or marginalized
• Consultant will develop, organize, and lead the engagement sessions.
• Consultant will analyse the findings from the chosen community engagement activities.
• City staff will assist in meeting coordination, invitations, and marketing of community input sessions.
- Inventory and Assessment: Consultant will perform a comprehensive inventory and assessment of the cultural assets and opportunities, including reviewing with existing polices, documents and local codes.
• Consultant will review the City of East Lansing Comprehensive Development Plan and recommend opportunities to integrate arts and culture.
- Cultural Plan: Consultant will produce a detailed narrative and illustrative document that presents a vision statement and 5-year strategic plan for implementation of a comprehensive Cultural Art Program in East Lansing.
- Consultant will produce a plan that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the current state of arts in East Lansing and will use a collaborative process to identify and analyze the cultural needs of the community.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
