[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide agent licensing and back office services for cost-effective method for handling agent licensing back office processing to the government authority located in Georgia.
- The service must be designed to enhance efficiency, increase electronic retrieval and storage capabilities, augment workflow, ease tracking and reporting, expand management oversight, ensure accountability of the vendor's performance, and improve customer service for the agent licensing division.
- The number of appointments and appointment renewals for FY 2018 was approximately 1,301,400.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 15, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
