[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student code review software for evaluation of student code submissions in academic programs related to computer science, cybersecurity, and analytics.
- These platforms should be able to receive submissions from thousands of students, evaluate them with custom scripts (both local to the assignment and global to the course), and return immediate results,
- These platforms must integrate with learning management systems and platforms such as Canvas
and edX,
- These platforms must support usage in a digital active learning classroom through options like modular integration alongside other course content, support for peer review and team assignments, and features for graders to insert comments and feedback directly into student submissions,
- These platforms must be integrateable with proctoring solutions and sufficiently usable and reliable to be used during high-stakes timed exams, these platforms must support programming languages including Python (both 2 and 3), Java, C, C++, R, as well as support for grading Jupyter, Hadoop, Spark, and Excel, these platforms must also support the demands of graduate level classes in fields like Big Data and Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing, including the ability to test student submissions with purposes like: administer cloud-based software; design a cyber-attack on or cyber-defense of a system, analyse an enormous data set, As part of this, the platform must offer features like safe testing environments, customizable memory and runtime options, and scalable resources based on demand.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
