[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide plan review services as may be determined by the City. The selected firm will work within the community development department to provide the following minimum services to the government authority located in Milton, GA.
a. Hydrology and stormwater plan review,
b. Preliminary and final plat review,
c. Flood plain management,
d. Erosion and sediment control review,
e. Transportation review,
f. Assistance with technical plan review and permit issuance,
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
