[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant processing services for credit card and debit card processing, managed service fee program for selected departments, agencies, courts and E-Check services,
- EBT, Gift and Loyalty Card Programs, Payroll Card Programs,
- POS Prepaid Programs,
- B2B or B2C electronic invoicing, bill presentment or payment,
- Disbursement or accounts payable solutions,
- P Card Programs, Website development and IVR development,
- Provide new retail merchant card processing equipment rather than refurbished at no cost,
- Process all transactions through payment channels as requested,
- Provide electronic authorization, data capture and settlement services for all Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, credit and debit transactions,
- Provide training to staff for online reporting,
- Provide returned items by electronic file if requested by merchant at no additional charge,
- Provide resources, recommendations and training to merchants to understand, utilize, integrate and implement current service provider software, products and services, including providing training by telephone, internet, or onsite,
- Provide a toll-free customer service number to track and resolve problems reported by merchants,
citizens, and users,
- Provide various financial reports, including volume, discounts and fees, when requested by any
merchant or the Department of Financial Services,
- Apply merchant processing fees to net sales only,
- Debit processing fees from the bank accounts specified by the Department of Financial Services,
- Participate in the Visa and MasterCard Convenience/Managed Service Fee Programs,
- Implement highly secured systems using strong cryptography and secure protocols to protect the integrity and confidentiality of payment transactions and data, etc. to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
