Government authority located in Savannah, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for commissioning agent services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning agent services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
• Review the OPR, BOD, and project design.
• Develop and implement the Cx plan.
• Confirm incorporation of Cx requirements into the construction documents.
• Conduct a commissioning kick off meeting.
• Develop construction checklists.
• Develop system test procedures.
• Verify system test execution.
• Maintain an issues and benefits log throughout the Cx process.
• Complete at least 10 site visits.
• Prepare and maintain a Current Facilities Requirements and Operations and Maintenance Plan
that contains information necessary to operate the building efficiently.
• Prepare a final Cx process report.
• Complete all Cx A activities as listed in the LEEDv4 Reference Guide
• Complete the LEED Online forms and associated uploads.
• Respond to questions from the LEED consultant until LEED certification has been achieved.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on August 23, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 2, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
